I don't know how many have the the Razr Max HD yet.
There are probably many people who have the device and have not seen this problem.
i tried to reconnect it to itunes but it wasnt being read...
so i downloaded the new itunes update to see if that would make a difference and it did...
Since neither phone has a removable battery, you are unable to do what we call a “battery pull” to reboot your phone if it were to lock up.
On normal Android phones, popping your battery in and out can be a life saver, but for the RAZRs, we have to go with what’s available to reboot.
So I was in the process of updating my iphone 4s software, it completely froze while it was in the middle of backing up.
I disconnected my phone and tried to reboot it but that didnt work.
I am using Razer Synapse 2.0 to add a second screen; using Lenovo Thinkpad and the monitor is an old Acer. except for when i connected my phone to itunes there was a message that said " itunes has detected an iphone in recovery mode. You must restore this iphone before it can be used with itunes." If i restore my phone everything will be deleted & i'm not sure when i did back up, i think it was 2 1/2 months ago.Usually the person is doing something fairly innocuous with the app, such as scrolling the map.The Razr Max is one of the most common phones used with Back Country Navigator.
